1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DemoHunter (operated by Innovares at demohunter.lat), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DemoHunter is a SaaS platform that helps businesses find potential leads via web search, researches them using artificial intelligence, generates personalized demo videos, and creates outreach messages. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@demohunter.lat.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use DemoHunter for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing communications using the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers) beyond normal API usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure or other users' access

5. Web Scraping and Lead Data

DemoHunter collects publicly available business information from the web to provide lead-generation services. You acknowledge that:

• Lead data is sourced from publicly available information and may not always be accurate or up-to-date
• You are responsible for using lead data in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations
• DemoHunter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any lead data

6. AI-Generated Content

DemoHunter uses artificial intelligence to generate research summaries, demo videos, and outreach messages. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it
• We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or business outcomes from AI-generated content

7. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If payment fails, we may suspend your access until the outstanding balance is resolved. You remain responsible for any fees incurred during your subscription period.

8. Intellectual Property

DemoHunter, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Innovares. You retain ownership of the data you provide and the content generated on your behalf through the service. We retain a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemoHunter and Innovares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
