When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), organization name, and billing information processed through Stripe. We may also store your profile preferences and locale settings.

2.2 Lead Data from Web Scraping

DemoHunter searches the public web on your behalf to find potential business leads. The data we collect includes publicly available company names, contact details, website content, social media profiles, and other business information. This data is gathered solely to provide our lead-generation service and is associated with your account.

2.3 AI-Processed Data

We use artificial intelligence to research leads, generate personalized demo videos, and create outreach messages. The inputs to and outputs from these AI processes (such as lead research summaries, demo scripts, and message drafts) are stored in connection with your account.

2.4 Usage and Analytics Data

2.5 Billing Data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data, AI-generated content, and associated outputs are retained while your subscription is active and for up to 30 days after account deletion to allow for recovery. Billing records may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
